At Sheetal Batra, we strive for complete satisfaction with every purchase; however, if you are not entirely happy, we offer a seamless return and exchange process within 14 days of delivery. Please ensure all items remain in their original condition with tags intact to qualify for a full refund or store credit.

Return Process

  Log into your account portal and select the order you wish to return, or contact our customer support team with your order number to begin the authorization process.

  Package Your Item

  Carefully place the unworn, unwashed items back into their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals are securely attached.

• 3.
  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your parcel and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
